Dear Readers and Hopeful New Readers of the Alliance Française DuPage,
Please find below our schedule for the next year beginning September 10, 2025. As in years past, we will alternate between books/novels and short stories. The meetings will continue to be via Zoom. In addition to reading some interesting stories, this is a somewhat structured meeting that gives participants a chance to prepare and then share their thoughts using the French language.
The books are listed below, and the short stories are from the same book. “Parallel Text Short Stories in French/Nouvelles en Français.” For those unfamiliar this is a dual language book French/English.
There are various sellers of these books including Amazon and Shoenhof’s Foreign Books and FNAC….all on line.
Thank you for your participation and camaraderie this past year. You really make speaking French interesting and fun. September will soon be here. It is always best to order books early ... as occasionally, there can be issues with availability.

About the AF DuPage Book Club
The AF DuPage Book Club meetings are conducted in French and are held on Zoom on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings start at 6:30 pm unless otherwise indicated and last 1½ - 2 hours.
